This is my first ever holiday
complaint & I am 55, also
we booked this holiday to get some sun and to cheer ourselves up after
being told of a medical condition. The 5 shields suggests that there
are good standards of accommodation, food, service & facilities. However
the list of complaints are endless. And to cap it all - We saw a huge
rat walk up the steps towards the terrace bar. We informed the staff
who did not seem to think it was a problem. A cat went to look at it,
but even the cat was scared by the size of it!!
