Reviews - Ashnil Aruba Lodge. Tsavo National Park. Kenya.Website: Ashnilhotels.comStayed for one night on 15th April at Ashnil Aruba. The welcome and service from the staff was excellent. Food was lovely. Rooms and the views from them were perfect. Ashnil Aruba is a truly excellent place to stay. Watch out for the dung beetles tho, they like to fly into your face while youir having a drink in the bar! The staff, as we found everywhere in Kenya, were extremely helpful and friendly. The Ashnil Aruba lodge that we stayed in was spacious and modern with a patio looking out onto the National Park where we could watch elephants grazing just the other side of the fence. The food was of a very high standard and the table service also very good. From the first welcome address to the last goodbye the service was out of this world. The friendliest service I have ever experienced. Ashnil Aruba what a lovely safari lodge with a nice pool and wonderful surroundings. A good buffet and a nice welcome drink and hot towel upon arrival. I think everyone is on an all inclusive option with their safari I thought it was very good value for money. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. They even escort you to your room at night (beware of the snakes) You get fly spray and repellent in your room but also take DEET as not surprisingly there are insects in the main hotel area as it is open. The Ashnil Lodge at Aruba is ideal for those wanting to explore the Tsavo East Safari Park. The setting is amazing with pool overlooking the plain which was filled with literally hundreds of elephants. The staff are very friendly and all guests we spoke to were enjoying their time there. It is a perfect base to relax and soak up the atmosphere of the African Bush, not a place to find entertainment and kidz clubs etc. Tsavo National Park in Kenya is one of the largest game reserves in the world, covering over 8,000 square kilometers. The park is divided into two parts, Tsavo East and Tsavo West, which are separated by the Mombasa-Nairobi Highway. Tsavo National Park is home to some of the world's most iconic wildlife species, including the Big Five: lions, leopards, cape buffalos, rhinos, and elephants. Additionally, the park is home to a variety of antelope, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, cheetahs, warthogs, and hyenas. The park is also an important conservation area for endangered species, including African wild dogs, Grevy's zebras, and Hirola antelopes. Additionally, the park is home to more than 500 bird species, including the rare and endangered Lammergeyer vultures. Tsavo National Park offers visitors a variety of activities, including game drives, nature walks, bird watching, and camping. The park also offers night safaris, which allow visitors to observe nocturnal wildlife. Additionally, visitors can stay in the park's lodges. Reviews of resorts and places in Kenya |
