" Great hotel. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, fantastic service and immaculately clean. I was actually delighted we chose here. Location was a bit out of Funchal centre however we delighted in the walk in, and it was an enjoyable area all around, also a fantastic base for sightseeing and likewise good for the odd lazy day too. Very first check out to Madeira and it far surpassed my expectations. An ideal location for any ages. My kids aged 10 & 12 had a good time. As we went in October, the indoor swimming pool was a benefit as the outside one was nice however a little chilly. Spaces were comfortable. Food was of outstanding quality and had a pretty good choice for me, as I am picky vegetarian. I really liked that beverages were served at the table for all meals."

" Many assets, ie very clean throughout. Our room located on 9th flooring was spacious, peaceful, partial sea view, comfortable beds, afternoon sun, well preserved.
The hotel was I think full to capability, many guests were households with children, some extremely severely acted, Children are well catered for ie kids club, teens club etc., however what is need is a grownups just area where peace and quiet can be enjoyed. There is a very good area on floor 5, with an exotic fish tank, some very comfy chairs, substantial picturesque windows, and tropical plants, however peace is damaged by children running around and a pool table.

" This was our first vacation abroad for 3 years because of Covid. We arrived at about 4pm and were quickly in our room on the 9th flooring ignoring the sea and the outdoor swimming pool. There is also an indoor pool and Spa centers.
We 'd stayed at the hotel for 28 nights in February 2016 so it was easy for us to find our method around.
Home entertainment in the program lounge after dinner was on deal every night with periodic music in the Piano bar up until 9pm.
At this hotel "all inclusive" suggests what it states, all meals (with red wine), treats, soft and alcohols and other incidentals.

" Lovely hotel - primarily! Gorgeous hotel, modern-day, mostly clean, and numerous quantities of fantastic personnel.
Huge selection of good quality foods on each service in the main dining establishment. Can just talk about the Asian specialized restaurant which was a set meal and beautiful.
Excellent selection of alcohol, called brands and not watered down. Constantly a fast service.
The pools were good, and the sunbeds really comfy. We saw extremely little cleansing around the sunbeds and the flooring where we were sitting day after day, was not cleaned of soda spills for at least 3 days and was left rather sticky.
My huge negative: The lunch buffet dining establishment by the pool we considered to be unusable. My personal opinion is that the 'hot' food was only kept tepidly warm, there is no other way it was being kept in the 'safe zone' of 63C or above. There was a microwave to hand however sorry, that does not do it for me!
A lot of plug sockets in the room, lots of television Chanel's if you just wanted to chill out in the space and we quickly got used to the beds. Soft drinks offered in the room, also dressing dress and slippers and a totally free to use safe."
