Sundown is a luxurious stunning contemporary, reverse level, detached house with its own private driveway. The location is amazing with stunning sea views and short walking distance down to Widemouth Beach. With three bedrooms (two en-suite)there is plenty of space for up to 6 or 7 people.
The spacious apartment is tastefully furnished with high ground floor ceilings and large spacious rooms. Enjoy dining or just relaxing in the lounge with large bay windows offering uninterrupted views across Bude bay and beyond.
The master bedroom is both airy and spacious with a French style bed, a chair bed and even a cot if required. The second bedroom has a double bed and en-suite. A third bedroom has two single beds. There is also a large family bathroom with a bath and power shower. Separate there is a downstairs cloakroom and toilet and a drying and utility room for washing and drying clothing, walking boots, swimming costumes and wetsuits.
Out side there are private gardens with seating for taking in those wonderful sea views. There is a private side entrance with heated outdoor shower. Linen, towels and toiletries are provided
With the nearest supermarket a couple of minutes’ walk, and Bude’s delightful shops and restaurants nearby too, this couldn't’t be better located. So shopping and entertainment and fantastic restaurants, cafes and bars is just a short stroll away.
