Tropical Lagoon Resort is an exclusive 14 accommodations hotel in Port Antonio. Many rooms comprise of a complete villa nestled in the lush hillside that transcends to the world-famous Blue Lagoon. its a hidden gem with a mix of modern style and classic Caribbean in the midst of lush jungle surroundings.
The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beach. This resort offers private access to the Blue Lagoon, made famous by movie of same name and is 5 minutes’ drive from the Atlantic Ocean. The resort has rooms equipped with refrigerators.
Guests can relax or swim in the 1 of the 2 outdoor pools. The resort also has water sport facilities on site including snorkelling and diving.
Summary: Overall a nice place to stay for those seeking the extra space and privacy many of the rooms provide. The two swimming pools and an exclusive private beach on the world famous Blue Lagoon is a nice bonus. In fairness the 21 average to terrible reviews all date back to early last year and before, with more recent reviews giving it very good to excellent vote. Certainly within our top three exclusive places to stay in Port Antonio.
