We went there on a busy day as thats when customer service gets streched to the limit. Yes it is pricy and yes, expect to wait a while, but when it happens and your there in the water with the Dolphins - WOW. Its an experience of a lifetime that you will still remember the day you pass over. An experience that exclusive is worth every dollar and well worth waiting for. We found the staff freindly and helpful and everything about the place ticked the right boxes.
