Pimento Lodge is a family run hotel comprises of four individual buildings nestled in the hillside with panoramic sea views and ten minutes walk to Long Bay and beach. Rooms are spacious and the property is surrounded by lush beautiful gardens. You can even rent the entire hotel for up to 25 guests. Perfect for group getaways, uninterruptible meetings or weddings. Though do remember the road to the hotel is steep and rocky.
The rooms are in a colonial style decor with cane furniture. All rooms have a balcony or terrace for enjoying the great views. The rooms also have coffee machine, plasma satellite TV, a fridge and private bathroom. Rooms are a high standard and most are fitted with either a king size four poster or eco friendly bamboo bed. All beds have mosquito nets (if required)
Breakfast is available and the restaurant serves a mixture of European and Jamaican cuisine. Boston Bay is 10 minutes drive away and 15 minutes drive from the Blue Lagoon and 45 minutes drive from Reach Falls. Port Antonio town is 25 minutes drive.

If you are looking for seclusion this is the place. Gated and very private and with glorious lush surroundings.
The hidden gold with Pimento Lodge is its location close to some truly unspoiled and beautiful beaches, waterfalls and other wondrous places which due to their seclusion, are unknown to most from the big surrounding towns.
Out of 80 plus reviews the majority are all positive. Though some negative remarks do emerge such as the steep rocky 200 metre hill to the property and excessive price of meals plus breakfast being very limited.
If your looking for a base to explore other towns or attractions, Pimento Lodge is not for you due to its secluded location. But, if its tranquility, great hosts and comfortable accommodation with a swimming pool and wonderful panoramic views with beautiful gardens, Pimento Lodge MUST be at the top of your list.
