Both first and second floor suites are expansive having fully equipped kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms, TV units and overhead fans. The single bedrooms have attached baths, queen size or paired double beds, with sea view balcony areas. The on-site chef serves Jamaican culinary masterpieces of your choosing. Villa Juanita has natural spring water, and fresh ingredients from their own small organic farm

Summary.
Not all rooms have AC. If you are looking at three, four or five bedroom villa accommodation there are many to choose from in the area and for $1300 a night, you could have a whole luxury villa or house with pool and staff. Also remember that the area is pretty quite, so there's not much going on especially evenings.
We note that several reviews mention the property being somewhat tired and dreary in need of some fixing up. Though most liked the splendid views offered and staff. Overall, Villa Juanita is not a private vacation villa, more of a mixed villa / apartment / hotel without a swimming pool.
