New amenities include a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and radio with MP3 capable CD player. Owner does not allow children under 12 years - the villa is at the water's edge and depending on the tide can be five to six feet deep.

The sea is at your feet. The Lagoon in front of the villas is a quiet arm of the sea protected by a reef 50 yards offshore, with the Blue Caribbean beyond, stretching to the horizon. Beautiful sunsets, sunrises, moon–rising and star–gazing.
