New travel rules applied to Green and Amber countries's. [5th August 2021]The latest list of green, amber and red list countries for travelers to England will create even more confusion and uncertainty for holiday travelers. Its therefore understandable that many people looking at booking their holiday outside of the UK face a quagmire of confusion. As the predominate danger is that after all that expenditure and arriving in their holiday country of choice, at any time that country could move into an amber category leaving the unfortunate holiday makers faced with quarantine (at their expense) upon return in some sub standard quarantine hotel and cheap junk food in paper bags. In addition to needing tests (again at your expense). Meanwhile, here in the UK there is an absolute boom in local tourism and many popular beach resort areas are busier than the worlds top beach favourites! As more people desperate to travel after the lock downs chose not to risk going abroad, green list or not, decide to be safe and holiday locally.
