Check-in treatments are personalized and unlike a lot of hotels, where queuing at a busy desk is the standard, not so here. Accompanied to the lounge and used a welcome drink whilst procedures and passports can be dealt with in comfort by friendly efficient personnel.
The area might not be more best. 'Secret' doors, available only with a hotel secret, allow instantaneous access to the hectic buzzing marina location, full of life, bars, stores and restaurants.
Not that this loud vibrant area hampers the total peace and tranquility of the hotel gardens and premises. As well as a child friendly pool, which has its own sandy beach, there is a 2nd 'more standard' swimming pool. No fighting for sun beds here ... there is a surplus.
Domes as the name suggests, has its own natural saltwater lake, which will, later on this Summer, have its own simple water sports facilities.
The hotel was re-branded in April 2022 and the brand-new exciting management team have enthusiastic plans to establish this corner of paradise even further.
We were lucky enough to fulfill and invest a long time with Joana, the Guest Relations supervisor. It is uncommon to fulfill somebody so enthusiastic about their place of work. Absolutely nothing was too much difficulty.
The main objective appears to be that visitors are supplied with whatever and anything which will boost their enjoyment of their remain at this charming hotel.

" Amazing household holiday. We absolutely enjoyed Domes Lake! Our kids 5, 3, 1 had an amazing time. The swimming pools are so excellent, they have a comprised beach pool which our all of us loved. Nadia is fantastic, she helped us with everything. We forgot our young child toilet seat and she even organized this for us!"
" Absolutely dazzling hotel! I checked out with a buddy for a peaceful few days vacation and when my flight was cancelled gladly booked for another 2 nights. I've worked in hotel management for luxury hotels/members clubs and personally felt the service from all staff at this hotel was beyond excellent - nothing was excessive and all naturally friendly.
In addition it was probably the best poolside lunch I've had in a hotel and the buffet at dinner and an excellent choice that was different each night. Great deals of fruit too.
The early morning yoga class was extremely peaceful and quite taken pleasure in paddle boarding and utilizing the indoor medical spa centers. Comfortable poolside beds too!

" I remained here for my 40th birthday and my partner had actually advised ahead of our arrival this was the case. From the moment we showed up to our departure we were dealt with to an incredible welcome, service and centers. The manageress (wish I remembered her name) was remarkable therefore inviting and all the staffed made our visit ideal.
We stayed half board and breakfast was excellent and switched our evening meal to lunch so we might mark use of the exceptional place and eat round the harbour in the evening.
This hotel is practically best but they are seeking to enhance further as it's now undergoing are remodelling and closed till April I think.
When I next see Vilamoura I will only be considering this hotel.
