"Typical. We stayed at this hotel in Dec 2022 just after Christmas. The older woman at the reception was really beautiful. Our transfer got here the hotel early, however space was not ready so we remain at the reception for about an hr plus (so bear this in mind if your flight is early in the morning) then went to the hotel dining establishment to eat before we might get the room at previous 2pm. The receptionist dealt with problem very quickly. Spaces are clean, bed is comfortable.
Food is the greatest let down at this hotel. The food was bland and no variety, simply various pasta and rice, roughly very same everyday. I was hoping for their standard meal at least one day during the stay.
There is no tea making centers in the space, the medical spa is excellent, the pools outside are truly cold so cant usage it, only 1 indoor pool which is little and just children in it.
The hotel is close to old and brand-new town. stores, restaurants and beach nearby. I like the fact that the hotel provides a shuttle bus through and flow with time tabled.
Nothing in terms of home entertainment at the hotel bear that in mind if you are featuring children. Only 1 little bar, which the personnels minding everything looks like the world protests them. Drinks at the bar is a pull down.
is not a 4 star hotel as advertised."
" Beautiful hotel, simply needs new management. We booked this hotel all inclusive for Christmas week, meeting up with pals. The 4 people are over 60 years of ages. Regretfully the 3 nights at Christmas was overrun with Spanish travelers, and this is all the hotel catered for. We ate in restaurants more than we ate in as the food wasn't for us. Sadly the hotel isn't that near to bars and dining establishments so it was taxis both methods. In the bar area I counted 54 seats however the hotel had more than treble that quantity of visitors. Some staff were rather disrespectful. On a plus side our space was cleaned up daily and any room problems were handled right away. Oh and out of 7 nights there only 1 night (Xmas eve) we got home entertainment."
" Decent for a solo Portugal journey. Charming hotel, clean centers and a brief walk from either the old or brand-new towns.
The space was really great. My only grievance was that it was positioned near a kids's playground so I was awoken by kids on a few mornings. Service was great however, in particularly the night porter who helped me fix my phone in a critical moment."
" Remained at this hotel just recently for a couple of days (consisting of Christmas Day) and found the hotel to be excellent. Come to around 1.30 pm and were able to sign in straight away and was provided with all of the hotel info by the receptionist who was very helpful and friendly.
The rooms are very spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Had a room on floor 2, which neglected the swimming pool on the arena side of the hotel, which was definitely great.
We remained on a basic all-encompassing basis and the quality of the food at breakfast, lunch and supper was outstanding with lots of option, and there was also access to snacks throughout the day. Local lagers and spirits readily available, but branded spirits are readily available on the all-inclusive + plan. Please note that I heard that extensive may no longer be readily available from 2023.
All of the personnel are exceptional, although an unique reference to Cristian, who works in the bar throughout the day who kept my lagers flowing and was extremely friendly.
Place is a little remote, although there is a totally free shuttle to the old town, the strip and beach which leaves and gets at numerous times throughout the day.
Thank you to the Real Bellavista for supplying an exceptional Christmas break."
" Not recommend as an all-inclusive holiday. Extremely suggest if you have celiac disease. Useful staff.
Apart from meals and the bar, the hotel didn't have any activities or set up home entertainment. Even the music programs they had were sparse and of no quality. The game room was broken on all 5 days we were in. No other activities in the hotel at all apart from one indoor pool and 2 out door pools where birds were seen in them regularly. They do have a shuttle service to the close-by towns, which was excellent. Compared to other all-inclusive destinations - poor location.
Gluten totally free food - highly advise for Coeliacs. The personnel were well aware of 'Gluten totally free'. They were handy. There were plenty of great products. Extremely recommend if you are have Coeliac disease.
Christmas lunch - very poor quality. Out of all the meals, Christmas lunch was the poorest. They charged 35 Euros for guests who have actually simply finished their stay. However, the quality and the variety of the menu products were far listed below the rate. Their regular lunch (priced at 13 Euros) was better. On the other hand, while the reception and the night restaurant manager validating the price for the Christmas lunch is the same as others - priced at 13 Euros - the supervisor on duty on the Christmas Day charged 35 Euros. So take care about rates if you need to pay."
" We reached the hotel, and was practically pleased with the tidiness, and friendly staff. I asked prior to the hotel if they could do something special for my sis birthday. Joanna and her group embellished the space with her birthday age, and balloons and shine, and mock tails,. She was so amazed with the space. Not only this they provided, us with transfer breakfast bags for us when we left at 7.00 am. They cleaned our spaces, bathrooms where excellent sized. The all inclusive drinks for my friends where exceptional choices. The staff are incredible and we truly enjoyed our stay.
The buffet, for breakfast was good, lunch was nice too, dinner was a correct meal. The only one thing I would suggest is Halal/ quorn meat alternatives for the vegans. I can state my first time stay was a great choice."
