"We took a trip as a family, 4 children aged 6-15 and 5 grown ups. I can not fault this hotel. Every thing was exceptional. The food was absolutely sensational, the spaces were large with a totally separate big lounge/kitchen. The swimming pools were lovely and the splash park actually safe and closely kept track of by a life guard. A big variety of food was offered all the time, the 4 o'clock hot dogs/burgers/chips/ fish fingers/fruit/cake was dazzling for the kids as they didn't require to wait till 6pm for the main meal. It was never ever a concern for all 9 of us to sit together at each meal. Entertainment was really great and the beach was really stunning. Never a problem to get a sun lounger at any time of day. We didn't use the kids club but the kids seemed having a nice time that went in. 100% recommend!"
" We had a great household holiday here in back in May. The 3HB Clube Humbria was lovely and tidy, all staff we came across got along and useful however especially Orlando the dining establishment manager. As a vegan I can actually struggle to eat abroad, specifically when all inclusive however Orlando took excellent care in revealing me exactly which meals were vegan (& there were constantly numerous plus lots of veggies and pasta or rice and so on) and also had unique desserts and cakes pleased me which I was thrilled with as I am used to getting nothing but fruit or sorbet when on holiday. All was really yummy too. It never felt like excessive difficulty to be shown the ideal food but it would be useful if the dishes were labeled as vegan so that I might confidently serve myself, as there were various icons listing irritants for each meal but in a buffet I felt awkward and pressured to stand there scanning them all whilst the next individual was waiting behind, and stressed in case I missed something and inadvertently took something not ideal. An easy 'vegan' icon would save all this trouble! Please include this to the food details, it would make things a lot more easy for guests and staff and takes the guessing away. This would be my only recommendation as whatever else was best. Our youngest developed chicken pox whilst we existed (my eldest had them just before we went away so need to have been contracted in the house) and the personnel were fantastic, providing toys to keep her occupied while we separated in our space and also reserving the doctors appointments we required prior to we could travel home. Thankfully we were able to leave as arranged but the supervisor was most valuable and on standby in case we needed to extend our stay. We have actually just scheduled a return go to for next Easter (which triggered me to finally write this evaluation!) And we are very much looking forward to returning. An excellent base camp"
