This exclusive luxury villa is nestled into its own private white sand beach at Portlands Point. The villas views over Discovery Bay and the clear turquoise Caribbean Ocean are marvelous. The little splash bay and sand area is great for kids and the extensive lawns surrounding the pool provides a great play area.

It comprises of two buildings, the main villa with three spacious bedrooms and a cottage also with three bedrooms, giving a total sleeping capacity of 12. Making it ideal for two families or groups with two private accommodations.
The holiday villa is fully staffed with a cook, butler/gardener, housekeeper, laundress and night watchman. Indoors there is Cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD players. Library of music and movies. iPod Bose Speakers

The bedrooms have option of inter-connecting and are air conditioned with their own private bathrooms with five King size beds and one Queen bed and have exclusive views over the gardens, pool and bay.

The kitchen is fully equipped including Dishwasher, Microwave and Ice maker.
There is internet access, fax machine and complimentary laptop. For children there is a playpen (Graco), crib with bumpers and two high chairs.

Outside there is a good sized pool with a poolside shower plus ample seating and loungers. An outdoor grill and waterfront Gazebo. The holiday villa has a heli pad for airport transfers or about one hour drive from Montego Airport. Sea kayaks and snorkeling equipment are provided for guests and there's volleyball, badminton, scooters, two paddle boards and a basketball court (on tennis court). Newly refurbished, private tennis court with night lighting.
