The villa overlooks the stunning east view of the Caribbean Sea and Montego Bay. A pool deck and wonderful fresh-water swimming pool are a few steps down from the verandah and offer an impressive, uninterrupted sea view clear to the horizon. There is an organic garden providing fresh basil, parsley, beans, tomatoes, scotch bonnet, mangoes, coconuts, breadfruit, “uglyfruit” and, of course our national dish - ackee.                  Included with the villa comes a chef, butler, housekeeper, gardener, laundress & night watchman. Also included are complimentary calls to the US, UK and Canada. The gym is easy walking distance or use a complimentary golf cart. There is also Round Hill club and resort membership with complimentary beach, two connecting heated fresh water pools for parents and children, jogging trail, Manager's Cocktail Party. Obviously there is WiFi and internet access. If you enjoy a game of table tennis, there is even a ping pong table. The colonial villa was completely upgraded and beautifully redecorated in 2013 with designer fabrics, mixing old world charm with contemporary comforts and amenities. The main cottage has a living room as the center piece and opens to the covered and furnished long verandah. Its an open space plan with a comfy nook with cable television, bar and ceiling-to-floor library shelves forming an indoor entertainment area. Dining is luxurious as to be expected as your own talented chef can prepare some truly wonderful dishes, all butler served with silver on Wedgwood china. From gourmet chops to homemade ice cream, enjoy the cuisine while watching the sparkling sea and the twinkling lights of Montego Bay and passing cruise ships, under a starlit Caribbean sky. There are various fees for other extras available at the nearby Round Hill Resort like; Pineapple Kids Club, fitness center, tennis, hair salon & spa, bars & restaurants, gift shops, water sports, Internet room, afternoon tea, beach parties. All bedrooms have latest split system quiet air conditioning, ceiling fans new en-suite bathrooms with bathtub/shower combinations. Hair dryers and aroma therapy toiletries are supplied complimentary. The main house has 3 bedrooms a King size bedroom with flat screen cable TV and wide louvered doors opening to verandah. The other two bedrooms are adjacent to each other and have Queen size four poster beds with double doors to verandah, garden and pool areas, ideal for families. Bedroom 4 has two queen size hand crafted 4-poster beds in a large suite with flat screen cable TV and view of the sea and countryside. Bedroom 5 has the option of either a king size or twin beds and has a sea view. Both 4 and 5 can be interconnected creating a convenient family suite of two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
