Guide to Looe:Looe is a beautiful fishing port situated on the south coast of Cornwall, England. It is located on the east bank of the River Looe and is about 12 miles south-west of the city of Plymouth. East Looe is the more commercial of the two, while West Looe is a charming, traffic-free medieval fishing village. The two parts are connected by a bridge across the River Looe.
