Alexanders Penthouse has three bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms. The penthouse is nestled in a secured gated community, on a cove with beach and marvelous views of the Caribbean sea.
The penthose villa is built on four floors and each bedroom having its own walkout patio / veranda. Opening onto a patio with sea views, the air conditioned villa has a modern fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. The villa also contains a comfortable seating room and the three on-suite bedrooms have a bathroom with a shower / bath. There is also a hot tub and access to a good sized swimming pool. The penthouse has a sun terrace and there is a private beach area. Outside there are well tended gardens and a barbeque area.
A continental breakfast is available every morning except Sundays.
Set about 3.1 km from Dolphin Cove in a private complex with beautiful landscaped gardens by the beach just outside Ocho Rios, Alexanders Penthouse on the beach is a modern villa style apartment in a great location.
