Neitas Nest is a family run guest house offering a home from home warm welcoming feeling. A 1960’s chalet-styled 3 bedroom Bed and Breakfast it's perched on a hill with a commanding view of the mountains surrounding Kingston’s Liguanea Plains. Located 15 minutes outside Kingston center in a beautiful tropical setting in the hills giving spectacular views. Its quiet a safe location far from the madding crowd. Floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows make even indoor dining a picturesque experience.

The bedrooms are spacious and well adorned. There's a communal terrace and garden area. Free WiFi access throughout and free parking are available. Rooms have a ceiling fan, a floor flan, a work desk and a wardrobe with views of the garden and surrounding mountains. A hot breakfast, including fresh tropical fruit, juice, freshly perked Jamaican coffee, assorted teas, breads & spreads, is served each morning. There is a grocery store, Atm and fruit market 5 minutes away by car or 30 minutes walking and only twenty minute taxi ride to Kingston center and all the shops, dining/ entertainment and historic sites. Due to its location you really can’t walk anywhere unless your hiking through nature or ambling down to the store, so you will be using taxi's for getting around or into Kingston. There are many tours to go on and the owner is very helpful with arranging all that, even doing some personally.

Although the bathrooms are private, they are not en-suite in the room, though each private bathroom is only two steps across the hall. For added privacy though, there are bathrobes to each adult guest.

With wonderful uninterrupted views of the foot hills of the famous Jamaican Blue mist wrapped mountain range, breathtaking views of the sunrise . A delicious breakfast on the veranda with birds and their exotic twitters echoing around the hills, makes for a fantastic setting!

Looking for a B&B to stay in Kingston? Stop searching, you found it! With so many excellent reviews from guests - the proof of the pudding is always in the eating. With 97% of over 200 guest reviews rating Neita's Nest good to excellent and rated the number one position out of 34 B&B's in Kingston, what more is there to say? Except, go there!

Of all the guest reviews, possibly the single largest compliment was towards the host, Michelle and the overall friendly, helpful and attentiveness. Coming second of the reviews was the amazing location and views.
The only real negative is outside the direct control of Neitas; not far away is a bar/club that sometimes plays music late into the night though, happily, in recent months they have been observing the noise abatement law. I personally live in a nice residential area in Harbour View, but can hear the bars half a mile away on a weekend. And of course there's always a few barking dogs. But that's how we are in Jamaica, good food to feed our tummy, great music to feed our soul and great people to dance and be with.
This would be fantastic place to stay for two love birds or indeed, anyone looking for creative inspiration or a more secluded place to hang out, while not too far from the business districts, entertainment and shopping areas of Kingston.
