Highlights of Beldibi

The touristy Beldibi is a relaxing seaside resort in a partly wooded area, on the south coast of Turkey, about 45 km from Antalya airport. The many luxurious accommodations and the green landscape along the rugged coastline make Beldibi a wonderful holiday resort. In the center there are several shops, restaurants and cafe bars. The sun-drenched Beldibi beach is the ideal place to relax, where you can enjoy the sun and the clear blue sea. Due to the location of Beldibi at the foot of the mountains, there is a special opportunity here in the preseason. In the morning you can ski in the mountains and with the pleasant temperatures in spring, you can swim in the Mediterranean in the afternoon.

Always wanted to see an authentic nomadic village? In the center of Kemer, about 11 km away, there is an open-air museum set up as a nomad village: the Yörük Park. Here you can see how the nomads of the Yörük tribe live. Their villages are located on the high plateaus of the Taurus Mountains.
Water fun can also be found in Kemer. The beautiful Aqua World Kemer, about 11 km away, is a large water park with a variety of attractions, such as giant slides and a fun kids' club.

The ancient city of Phaselis is well worth a visit. Instead of a car ride, you can take various boat trips, ranging from wooden sailing yachts to larger tourist boats. This historic place is about 20 km from Beldibi.

Location
Beldibi is situated on the sea side of the busy coastal road, in a lovely rural and rolling area, with many woodlands and fruit orchards. The seaside resort has a beach that stretches for miles. Behind the coastal road is a hilly wooded area that becomes mountainous further inland.
Beaches of Beldibi

Beldibi is an elongated place on a wooded coastal strip with beautiful bays and beaches. The town itself has a mile-long beach where mainly large all-inclusive complexes are located. As a result, only part of the beach is publicly accessible. The rest belongs to the accommodations.

The seaside resort of Beldibi has one beach that covers the entire place: Beldibi beach is a long beach (about 4 miles) which consists of fine gravel, pebbles and pebbles. The seabed slopes quickly and is covered with pebbles and boulders. The very long beach has been sprayed with sand and fine gravel in a number of places. At the southern edge of the beach it is bordered by concrete plateaus. In some places there are wooden jetties with steps to get into the sea. Sun beds, mattresses and umbrellas are rented out. In addition, the beach has showers, side tables, changing cabins and several catering facilities. The facilities generally belong to yachts and beachfront hotels and are for guest use only. Depending on the weather, there is a strong surf.
Because the beach consists of fine gravel with pebbles and boulders, we recommend that you bring water shoes or purchase them in Beldibi.

Eating and going out
Beldibi has a number of basic bars and restaurants. In addition to Turkish dishes, most restaurants also have an international menu.
The seaside resort has several discos and disco bars. In addition, there are mainly large luxurious all-inclusive accommodations in Beldibi. As a result, the nightlife in the center is fairly quiet because the hotels themselves offer a wide variety of entertainment options.

Public transport
Minibuses (dolmus buses) run everywhere along the coast. These vans are often privately owned and go to many destinations for little money. From Beldibi there is a regular connection to Göynük, Kemer and Antalya.
From Beldibi you can also take a taxi to Kemer, Göynük, Antalya and the airport.
