Entertainment in Mauritius:

Bars and nightclubs.
Apart from bars and pubs which vibrate with foot tapping music, lights and cocktails, there are nightclubs, casinos and beach places to enjoy or rave away at.
With its grand piano and band, the Fifty Five Lounge Club in Grand Baie, Mauritius is the place to party in style. Beautifully decorated and lit where many famous DJ's have throbbed away the evening.

The Kenzi Bar in Avenue Petite Marie, Flic en Flac is a truly laid back anything goes music bar with a sand floor the place has an enticing aura. Finger licking snacks and food, great music, typical cabana decor and friendly people. The Kenzi Bar is definitely a place to hand out for the evening.

If your into Shisha then the Merveilles Restro-Bar in Trou Aux Biches, Pamplemousses is the place. Its bright hookah sets and selection of drinks are as colourful as the Shisha's. Delicious food is on tap and the Restro Bar is one of the late closer's at 3am.

The Lambic in George Street, Port Louis is the place for those particular to good beer brews. With over 60 different beers from around the world all freshly brewed locally, this has to be a beer lovers dream. With indoors and outside tables under mango trees the Lambic offers a lovely night out.

The Banana Beach Club and upstairs Zanzibar Nightclub at Grand Baie is the place to be for dancing the night away. Rated as one of the top spots by locals and ex pats, there is plenty of drink and food choices along with a very cool and chatty crowd.

The C Beach Club was the first and still the prima don playground for the more affluent. Its also the top venue for meetings and events. With classy chic music and cocktails along with scrumptious food its still a favourite hang out especially at weekends.

Big Willy’s in Tamarin Bay is just that BIG. If you are looking for a big screen sports bar, beer garden, restaurant and nightclub all rolled into one then Big Willy's is a must to visit. The late nights until 5 in the morning are Fridays and Saturdays

Then of course there are casinos and quite a few of them from the small to the immense. The Le Grand Casino in Pailles and the Flic En Flac Casino in Pasadena Building, Flic en Flac are the two top lavish ones with just about every game you know and some. While the Le Caudan Waterfront Casino at Marina Quay, Caudan, Port Louis - the Casino Senator in Grand Baie Area and the Casino De Maurice in Jerningham St, Curepipe while smaller are extremely lovely places to spend an evening.
