About Jandia: Jandia has long been a tourist destination due to its proximity to some of Fuerteventura’s most famous attractions such as Corralejo Natural Park, El Cotillo Beach and Playa de Sotavento. The area also offers an array of activities from water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving to golfing at one of several championship courses nearby. Visitors can also explore local attractions like Jandia Lighthouse or visit the nearby town of Morro Jable with its bustling harbor full of boats, restaurants and shops. The biggest draw for visitors though is Jandia’s beautiful beaches which stretch for miles along this part of the coast. From quiet stretches ideal for sunbathing or relaxing in peace to more active areas with exciting nightlife spots; there’s something for everyone here! The variety on offer makes it easy to find that perfect spot no matter what you’re looking for; whether it be a family-friendly atmosphere or an adventurous holiday full of activities there’s something here to suit all tastes! Accommodation wise, Jandia has plenty on offer too with everything from luxury resorts right through to self-catering apartments available – making it easy to find somewhere comfortable that fits your budget too! About Corralejo: The area is renowned for its stunning natural beauty, with miles of spectacular sandy beaches backed by sand dunes that stretch as far as the eye can see. There are plenty of activities available in this part of Fuerteventura including windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing and diving. Corralejo also offers some excellent golf courses if you're looking to hit the fairways during your visit to this sunny island paradise. The town itself has some lovely architecture ranging from traditional buildings such as churches and old buildings constructed in colonial style to modern apartment complexes with pools near the beachfronts. The area also has plenty to offer culturally; here you can discover ancient archaeological sites like El Burro or La Atalayita which date back thousands of years or take a stroll through museums dedicated to local history like Museo Municipal de la Villa de Corralejo or Museo Etnológico Majorero Betancuria (MEMAB). |
