"This resort is magnificently developed with extraordinary detail throughout the whole facility. The entire grounds were very well kept. The rooms are very clean and spacious with beautiful views. The resort is extremely well staffed, and I discovered that there was always somebody ready to open my automobile door when I got here, or even push the elevator button for me while I was approaching. The service that I received throughout my entire stay was above and beyond my expectations. Everyone was very kind, courteous, and very valuable with any demand. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody I know, and I will be returning with my household for vacation here in the near future."
" There's no words to describe how fantastic!! Our experience was. My partner and I lived at this gorgeous resort. Everything is at the tip of your fingers from food, entertainment and Comfort. The personnel is definitely amazing starting from when you park all the way to upkeep. We were absolutely able to let go and unwind it was a wonderful vacation we can't wait to go back. " My friends and I went here for a girls trip in August and we had a blast! The views were extraordinary and the outdoor pools (just steps away from the beach) seemed like paradise. We remained in a space with 2 beds/ 1 bathroom which was comfortable and clean with lots of space for the 3 people. The location was minutes away from the airport and an easy Uber ride to the different websites we went to. The hotel home entertainment (live music) and bar were dynamite; personnel got along and attentive; and the brunch (although a bit costly) was one of a kind. We're already preparing our next trip to San Juan and would happily remain at this resort again!"
" This is our go-to location when we go to PR. My other half and I were married in PR 21 years ago and this was the place of our receptions. The hotel has been slightly renovated given that Hurricane Maria a couple of years ago. Obviously, it set empty for rather some time post-hurricane. It is still a lovely hotel with its old-world dark wood atmosphere. The exercise fitness center appears to be completely brand-new. Very good location to work out nevertheless, for some reason, no exercise towels. (?) Might want to bring a hand towel from your room. I requested a towel and was ultimately provided a bath towel."

The views were breath-taking and the service was top-notch. Really costly to consume on the property, but really great to have that alternative with all of the restaurants and clubs they have on site. Everyone was super friendly, accommodating and useful. Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is Heaven in the world! The feel of a resort but simply bear in mind that it's not an all inclusive! No requirement to leave the venue as they have all that you desire and much, much more! I was asked to rate my experience and provided a made 10! I was simply very dissatisfied that I was unable to seat upfront to enjoy the live home entertainment at the lobby as they have a necessary $70.00 cover charge however I'm a guest! If you remain in the sober community they will penalize you for not consuming alcohol absolutely undesirable and unreasonable policy! Thanks to the extraordinary staff that provided outstanding services:".
" Horrible Experience.
I had actually scheduled an Ocean view space. When I got here, my room did not have an ocean view. After complaining, I was transferred to a partial ocean view room without any cooling as the a/c was not working. I was then "upgraded" to a Villa room which was extremely plain. My spouse and I requested a refund and we stayed at the Royal Sonesta next door which was amazing. Guide far from this hotel, the only thing that is nice is its lobby bar and casino, however NOT to stay.".

Great place! 5 minutes far from the airport. Fantastic swimming pool, and, Great pool DJ,. They Need more deck chais given that there are truly inadequate for all the visitors but they have lots of assistants. Rooms are large and just recently renovated. Building could use some Reno. The lobby really comes alive at night with music and dancing. We got wonderful client service from concierge Saul Cruz. He was the best!".
