Checking Out the Hidden Treasures of Estonia

Next on my travel plan was a visit to Kumu Museum, among the largest galleries in Northern Europe. The gallery showcases contemporary and modern art, including Estonian art. The building itself is outstanding, with awe-inspiring design and magnificent sights of the city.
From Tallinn, I took a ferry to the Muhu Island, which is a component of the many islands dotting the Baltic Sea. The island is a haven for nature lovers, with untouched forests, sandy coastlines, and crystal clear waters. The tiny town of Koguva, with its thatched-roof houses, gives a peek into the traditional lifestyle of the residents.

Estonia may not be the initial destination that comes to mind when preparing a European vacation, however it's a gem worth exploring. From the medieval old town of Tallinn to the unblemished Baltic Islands, Estonia offers a best mix of history, culture, and nature.

My journey started in Tallinn, the capital city of Estonia. The Old Town of Tallinn is a UNESCO globe heritage site and feels like tipping back in time. I wandered around the rock streets, appreciating the middle ages style, and browsing the artisanal shops. The town square is a center of task, with street performers, restaurants, and coffee shops. I suggest attempting the typical Estonian recipe, black pudding, which surprisingly tasted tasty.

My final quit was the Lahemaa National Park, situated on the north coastline of Estonia. The park covers over 700 square kilometers, comprised of forests, bogs, and beautiful beaches. I hiked along the routes, finding wild animals, and taking in the fresh air of the forest.
Estonia is not just a location for background and culture enthusiasts yet also nature enthusiasts. The covert treasures of Estonia make it a distinct and remarkable vacation destination.
