About the Vu in Torquay:The apartment is accessed via steps leading down to the extensive external sun terrace and large level garden with pond. Off the terrace is the main door to the apartment providing 210 Sq. meters of accommodation. There are two bedrooms, one has an ensuite shower room with king size bed and smart TV, the second bedroom has a king size bed that can be arranged as two single beds, if required, and smart TV. This bedroom has the use of the main bathroom, just across the hallway, which has a walk-in rain shower and chromotherapy spa bath. Both bedrooms have stunning views with patio doors leading to the sun terrace.The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials ie. Cutlery, crockery and bake ware etc including induction hob with main oven, microwave, dishwasher and full height fridge with small freezer compartment. There is an area off the hallway that provides a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge/dining area enjoys a 65 inch smart TV, DVD, music docking facility and Wi fi. Bifold doors lead directly to the pool room and another set leading to the outside terrace for alfresco dining that can be taken under the covered way or on the dining/barbecue terrace next to the hot tub. The heated indoor pool and hot tub are both for your own private use. The pool is heated to 27°C with the hot tub heated to 37°C both enjoying the simply breath taking views.
