This beach front exclusive villa is built, located and kited out to have fun and enjoy a luxurious lifestyle. Purpose built as a luxury villa for larger groups, its set in three acres of private grounds in Old Fort Bay and extends down to your own private beach. There is even a helicopter pad for those direct transfers from the airport. It goes without saying that little things like bathrobes and majors like air conditioning and fully staffed are all included. The pool area is fantastic with a 75ft lap pool with 3 competition lanes. There are two sun shelves with loungers connected to main pool and an adjoining hot tub. There's other sun loungers and seating along with a purpose built Gazebo style building with bar, lounge and dining area opening up directly onto the pool. And of course, there's the 200 ft white sand private beach and gentle warm waters a few yards away. There's a fully equipped kitchen, internal living and dining areas with sliding doors onto the covered terrace. The front entrance has a private driveway from the main road with an extensive courtyard and car parking facilities.
