This accommodation is a private residence B&B and more official than a home from home type family residence. The property is quite extensive and the decor is very good, lots of wall art everywhere. Rooms are spacious, clean, have comfortable beds, and each room features an AC unit, private bathroom, and wifi throughout the house. Inside, the home is tastefully decorated with beautiful art. Rooms give one an open plan spacious feeling and a great mixture of modern and unusual art furniture.
Ideal if you just need a good quality somewhere to sleep and use as a base for traveling around, but not an accommodation so hang around in all day.
The location is ideal as everything you may need is only ten minutes walk away with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, Sovereign Centre, banks and much more.
Famous must visit places like Bob Marley Museum, Devon House and New Kingston are less than a 10 minute drive away. Norman Manley International airport is a 30 minute drive away.

This large detached house in Kingston is a tasteful B&B - and price! With it being a private residence, security is tight. We note guests saying they don't get a key and have to ring the gate bell to get in. So don't expect to go out on the town and get back in easily at 2am. The decor and style are definitely one up than the normal B&B you might be used to. In fact the rooms are more like a 3 star hotel.
However, the Chester Ave guest house may not suit everyone. It would definitely suit business people or those looking for quieter non hotel accommodation close to Kingston center. Oh, and you had better be a dog lover, as we understand there are dogs loose on the premises. You will need a car or utilize local taxis to get around as this is a middle to upper class residential area.
